Questions from clubs and venues

Before you book

Which level does each role need?

Level 2 for every steward (the Green Guide expects it held or in progress within 12 months); Level 3 for supervisors and team leaders; the Level 4 Diploma for safety officers and deputies.

How is it assessed?

At your own live events. Short training sessions before home fixtures, observation at a minimum of two events, a portfolio supported remotely, and internal and external quality assurance.

How long does it take?

Level 2 and 3 typically three to six months across a season; Level 4 nine to twelve months, shorter with recognition of prior learning.

Who do you work with?

Football, rugby, cricket and horse racing venues across the UK for more than ten years, including Premier League and EFL clubs.
